renewal update: april 2022

why have I not been contacted?


Good Evening, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay/s contacting you for renewal and new quotations. Our Team are overwhelmed in view of the 12 month anniversary of the Hair Community RTW and we ask for patience at this time.

Equally, an IT outage last week culminating in our Mail Server being rebuilt is not ideal timing.

We have been assured by our IT department that normal service will resume within the next 48 hours.


Please be aware that our Freelance solution does not incorporate auto renewal – if we do not hear from you your policy will cease.
